We are looking for an HR specialist who wants to combine strategic thinking with operational work and is passionate about developing both people and organizations.

About the Role

As an HR specialist at Vivab, you will be a guiding and inspiring partner to our managers and a driving force in HR work. You will work broadly within the HR area – from competence supply and recruitment to work environment, leadership development, and digitalization of HR processes. The role is both strategic and operational, which means you will have the opportunity to influence the whole while being accessible and close to the operations.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide consultative support and coach managers on all HR-related issues.
• Drive and develop HR processes focusing on competence supply and change management.
• Be responsible for recruitment and onboarding of new employees.
• Contribute to leadership development and inspire managers in their leadership.
• Ensure compliance with laws, agreements, and governing documents.
• Work on the digitalization and development of HR processes.

We are looking for someone with the following qualifications:

• Relevant academic education in HR, PA, labor science, or education considered relevant and equivalent.
• Experience in broad HR work, preferably from larger organizations or public sector.
• Have a communicative, inclusive, and consultative approach.
• Driver's license B.

It is advantageous and extra interesting if you:

• Have specific expertise in strategic competence supply, change management, and HR process development.
• Enjoy working proactively and driving development in close collaboration with managers and colleagues.
• Have good IT skills and see digitalization as a natural part of HR work.
